We all know blogging isn’t the best thing to do in class. In fact, it’s one of the most boring things on Earth. So today I’ll be telling you how to write a blog. Usually the part I struggle with is finding a topic to write. So, ask people what an interesting thing to write about is. Then, go on my page and learn how to write a story. My post will give you plenty of pointers and tips. Now, take that information and make it into a paragraph or two, not a full essay. Just have fun and get creative! Good luck with your grade! 🙂

How to Make an Obstacle Course

We have probably all seen cool TV shows with super cool obstacle courses. Of course we can’t go on them, but we can make our own. It’s so easy, all you have to do is get furniture, play toys, and even food. First thing to do is make a star. It should include something easy like jumping in hula hoops or onto a stool or something.  Then, put more of a challenge like crawling or not touching an obstacle. If you really want to be challenged do an activity blindfolded, make sure this won’t be too hard or else you can get hurt.  Then to incorporate food, you can put a round fruit on a spoon and try to balance it. Depending on the level, give a very hard challenge. At the end make a little paper or scarf you can run at, like the finish line. I hope you can find creativity in this and have fun without getting hurt.

 

How to Make a Story

I know many of us find it hard to write. Whether it’s a story, paragraph, or an answer on a test. I’m going to tell you how to get to writing. If it’s an assignment you take the topic given and make your first sentence. Never put “my story will be about bla bla bla…”, or else nobody will want to read your essay or writing. Ask a friend if they want to read more after they read the first sentence. This is called a hook. It makes the reader want to read more. Now write a few more sentences based on the hook. Next thing you want to write is your first paragraph. This is where you can introduce the problem. Continue, then for the second paragraph you have to use your juicy details because this is the most important paragraph. Now depending on how long your paragraph has to be, you either write more or summarize everything  in your conclusion. I hope you get a nice a nice grade or enjoy your writing.

How To Make Slime

I love slime and I make it about once or twice a week, so I’m going to tell how to make some. The things you will need are a bowl, glue, borax or laundry detergent, mixing materials, shaving cream, and food coloring or paint. First, take your glue and put it in a bowl. Then put your shaving cream and paint/food coloring. Mix with your mixing utilities. Finally, put laundry detergent/borax in, mix and repeat process until not sticky and fully formed. Some batches may not work because the type of glue. I hope you enjoy and have fun.

How to Make a Pom Pom

So the things you will need are: yarn, cardboard or foam, and scissors.

Let’s get started. So you are going to cut out two identical circles with small circles inside of that. (Use the cardboard or foam for that step) Then get your yarn and tie it through the hole in the middle. Then keep on stringing it through the hole and out and in until you have no more space. Hold on to the hole in the middle and put your scissors in between the two cut outs. Cut all around until done, then pull it apart a little and tie a very tight knot. Pull off the cardboard or foam and trim the sides. Now you are done.

How to Make a DIY Lantern

First thing you need to do is get a balloon, blow it up and tie it. Then grab some yarn and glue. Submerge the yarn in the glue. Take the sticky yarn and wrap the balloon, make sure to not wrap a spot on the bottom. Also, don’t have giant holes. Let the balloon sit in a spot for 1/2 days. Then pop the balloon if not already popped and remove the access balloon. Get a small candle or light and put it in the hole at the bottom, flip it upside down, and let the candle sit on what was the top. Tie some regular string onto the hole on both sides and tie/hang from whatever.

How to Decorate a Tiny Cookie

I’ll be telling you something cool. I’ll be showing you how to decorate tiny cookies! First, find or make your parents buy you some Nilla vanilla cookies by Nabisco from the store, in the cookie aisle. Next get some icing or if you don’t have some, peanut butter, unless you are allergic to icing and peanut butter. After the icing is on all over the cookie, add toppings like crushed up Oreos, candy, and sprinkles! Finally decorate the plate and show it off to your friends and family.

How To Make a Messy Twister Game

Here is a fun idea to do with your friends at a party or sleepover. What you will need is a Twister game, food coloring, shaving cream, large bowls, and mixing materials. CAUTION THIS MAY GET MESSY! First thing you need to do is get some shaving cream and put it in a bowl. Then put in some food coloring (colors of the Twister board) and start mixing, once you get the right color, put it aside.  Do this till you have all the colors in separate bowls. Now put out your Twister sheet and put the color shaving cream on the color circle. Once every circle has food coloring start playing Twister. Have fun!

How To Have Fun When Your Bored

Did you finish your homework? Probably not, so go on your TV and watch whatever you like. Then on the commercials start doing your homework. When the show comes back on watch it, on the next commercial do your homework. Repeat until your homework is done. If you like keep watching TV or find a new show. Or you can talk to your crazy friends and see if they want to hang out. Or organize your room, clean your room, or rearrange you room. See, if you’re crazy like me you would listen to your friends when they say play hide and seek with yourself. This takes a lot of your time, but I guess it’s fun. (Not really) So if you want to have fun go on YouTube and watch a baking video then do it (depends on how old you are, must have adult supervision).  Great, I just took 30 seconds off your bored time.
